Hi Everyone,
I've added some new sites, so here's the rundown:
Resources/GameShows/Jeopardy: This link (Gameshows, in the first row)- used
to go somewhere else, but I decided to redo it. I'll probably add more
gameshows to this portal, but for now, this one has tons of Jeopardy games
done in PowePoint.
Reading/Authors/Jan Brett: This one was suggested from the lab aide
meeting. Within this same portal, I've updated "More Authors" to include
"author" search results from Yahooligans.
Social Studies/Native Americans- The National Museum of American Indians is
a collection of many online exhibits. Select each image to view the
contents- "All Roads Are Good" has a really neat virtual tour of the
museum. "Native Americans 2" looked really comprehensive, and not too
cluttered with extra stuff. "Great Chiefs" - besides the great chiefs, the
site includes more links on the left side of the home page.
If you know of any other Native American sites you'd like me to add, please
let me know. Thanks! Have a great week!
P.S. Wasn't there another site suggested at our meeting? (Something I was
going to put into "Resources"??)
