Good Day MPS-Techs,

As of Sept. 23, 2003 - Information Systems hired on a new employee to
manage and maintain the User Accounts on the G4 Servers at each site. The
sites this will affect are the elementaries, junior highs, senior highs,
printshop, info systems, and educational technology. So if your site has a
G4 server (labeled g4xxxxxxx) then this message is for you.. :) Kelley
Weston will be the person maintaining the accounts on that server. She is
here Mon-Fri, 3:30pm - 6:30pm.

The new way to have accounts added/deleted/updated will be through the
following method. If you have Internet access: point your web broswer to:

http://intra.mpsaz.org/jmrossi/accountsmain.htm

Select one of the two options:

a. Fax It, which is in PDF format and needs to be faxed to 480.472.0003
Attn: Kelley Weston.

b. E-file It, which will automatically send all the information to Kelley
at the click of a button.

Make sure you only submit one form for each individual that needs an
account. She will attempt to complete the application within 48 business
hours. (2 - 3 days). Also, password problems will also go through her as
well.

The Server Help Web Page has been updated to help you as the customer to
find answers to your server questions. Our website is the following:

http://intra.mpsaz.org/jmrossi

It will be constantly updated as events turn. Our contact information is on
the home page, just click our name and There you go.

Kelley and I will be teaming up with Educational Technology to give Quality
Server Support to the Schools! We will also meet with them to discuss
problems that are seen at the school level. If something goes wrong we will
work together to get it resolved! Working together as I mentioned will make
it so then there is more "Teaching Time" then "Trouble Time".

Ed Tech, if you have any comments and additons to this letter, let the Lab
techs know!!!

That is it for now, Lets all make this school year a GREAT place to Teach
the Students of MESA and CHANDLER!!!

Thanks
