Thank you all so much for your responses!  Since the problem is only
present on the computers in our school still using Explorer 6, I've come
to the conclusion this is a web browser issue.  Being the only browser
presently supported by IS, looks like we are stuck cutting and pasting to
Word docs.  Just a few more weeks of school... hang in there everybody :)
