Just a reminder to call the help desk with questions and problems with the
Mac servers. I am getting a lot of mail and phone calls with questions and
requests. I am DAYS behind in reading my email and at times days behind
returning phone calls. If you need accounts made call the help desk. If your
AR is not working call the help desk, and so forth. The help desk can best
assist you to get the support you need in the most expedite manner. You can
send email to the help desk at [log in to unmask] you must include all the
required information in the email to the help desk.

 
Having one point of contact means that if I am out sick the work can be
assigned to someone else. I was out this week and the email sat for days.
