Lori,

If you are referring to Britannica Smart Math, please make sure that the
computer's version of Flash Player is
up-to-date<http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/> (current
version for Windows is 11.1.102.55). We have had issues Smart Math and
older versions of the Flash Player, especially on non-refreshed machines.
